About Tala Tala is a Palestinian yoga instructor with a passion for decolonizing the wellness industry. At the heart of her classes, yoga is honored as a holistic tool that forges a connection between individuals and their highest selves. She emphasizes yoga as a transformative movement meditation. Tala values the playful, kind, and loving aspects of the practice, cultivating an environment where people feel held and at one with themselves. She uses yoga as a gentle tool to help individuals befriend their bodies, particularly where past trauma may be stored. Her classes create a safe space for students to reflect on their inner and outer worlds with love and ease. Unless otherwise stated, Tala's sessions are always suitable for all levels. Our sessions are not intended to diagnose or treat any medical conditions. We advise maintaining your well-being with professional care. If you have health concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before booking. Cancellation Policy: We do not offer refunds or credits for 1:1 appointments, workshops, or events. If you cannot attend, you may gift your ticket, emailing us to provide their details. If a session, workshop, or event is cancelled by us, a refund will be issued within 5 working days. Refunds are not available for client-initiated cancellations. Late Arrival: If you arrive after the scheduled start time, we may not guarantee your entry. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time, whether online or in-person.
