Please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time of your event as we can't accommodate anyone arriving after the specified / advertised start time.
With apologies, we currently do not offer refunds on workshops, classes or events, however in extremely special circumstances, if you email us at least 24 hours before the time of the scheduled event, we can try to accommodate any requests to apply your ticket to another event, however this is not guaranteed.
Change of ticket name
If you can no longer attend one of our workshops, classes or events, and would like to gift your ticket to a loved one, friend or family member (please note that the ticket will remain in your name), please do so.
If one of our workshops, classes or events is cancelled by us or the practitioner, we will refund you within 5 working days.
If you are pregnant, please let us know so that we can ensure you have the safest and most comfortable experience possible with us. Please note that some classes may not be suitable.
In addition, please do not ingest any herbs (for example, mugwort) whilst pregnant, undergoing fertility treatment, or breastfeeding, unless you are sure of the safety of the herb during this time.
Any events scheduled at or through Fire + Alchemy are not to be used in place of medical or counselling advice or treatment. If you are experiencing any health issues, please seek professional advice before attending our classes.
Our staff and practitioners are able to refuse entrance to any event attendee if they believe them to be intoxicated / under the influence of drink or drugs. Anyone showing any signs of aggression or behaving in a disrespectful manner to our staff, practitioners or other event-attendees, will be asked to vacate any events, where necessary and as appropriate.
Privacy and photography
Please do not take photos of class attendees unless you have permission from all attending, as well as the class practitioner.
Chatham house rules! Please be respectful of other class, event and workshop attendees - anything shared by those attending events must be kept confidential.
ORDERING + RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love our products, classes and your overall customer experience with us. If you have a problem with a product order, please email Fire + Alchemy, including details of your order number, reason for return, and if you would like a refund or replacement.
You may return new and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods only. Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best). We would advise that you get proof of postage just in case your parcel goes astray.
By placing an order with us you agree to our terms and conditions - the full version of which can be found on the policies page on our website.
Please note to place an order, you will be required to give your consent to the use of your personal details during the checking out process. This is a legal requirement and an order cannot be processed without this consent.
We accept payments through Paypal and you do not need a PayPal account for this. You can also make debit or credit card payments.
We currently accept orders from the UK only.
Credit card security
Our payment site pages are separate to Fire + Alchemy Ltd. We do not store your credit/debit card information on our website at any time. We use DOJO as our in-person and telephone based payment system - again, no bank details are stored with us.
All prices shown on the website are in GBP and are inclusive of UK taxes. Delivery charges are not included in the products published price and will be added to your invoice on completion of your order.
Dispatch + Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 5 working days upon receipt of cleared payment from Monday to Friday, excluding UK Public Holidays. Public holidays and industrial action may cause a delay to receiving your goods. If for any reason there is any delay we will inform you as soon as we possibly can.
All items shown on this website are “in stock” unless otherwise indicated by an “Out of Stock” displayed alongside the product description.
Packages are dispatched within the UK via Royal Mail. UK orders up to 4 Kg in weight will be sent by Royal Mail First class signed for. Packages over 4 Kg may be sent by separate arrangement.
Confirmation of order
On checking out you will receive an email confirming your purchase together with information regarding payment and delivery. If for any reason you do not receive this email within 12 hours then please get in touch with us.
We really hope that you don’t have any cause for complaint, but should you have any please let us know in confidence by email giving details and your suggestion of how we can resolve the situation. We will act as quickly as possible to rectify any problem you have with our goods or services.
All measurements given on this website are approximate although we do try to describe our products as accurately as we can.
Our right to cancel
Although extremely unlikely, Fire + Alchemy Ltd reserve the right to cancel any order within 48 hours of placement. Notification will be given by email as soon as possible and a full refund (including postage) will be issued and your personal information deleted.
