CACAO
Sacred Cacao is a powerful, heart-opening plant medicine known for its deep emotional + spiritual benefits. Rich in antioxidants + mood-enhancing compounds, it supports emotional release, mental clarity + a profound sense of connection. We offer cacao ceremonies, either standalone or with other modalities, and educational cacao workshops covering its history, culture, traditional use, the different source locations effects' on cacao + how to use it optimally.
BLUE LOTUS + OTHER MEDICINES
Plant medicines such as Blue Lotus, functional mushrooms, herbs such as Damiana + Mugwort, offer diverse benefits for well-being: that may be promoting relaxation + spiritual insight, enhancing mental clarity, vitality or supporting emotional balance + intuitive wisdom. Cacao + other plant medicines are included in many of our group events; Women's Circles, Learning Circles, Moon Ceremonies, Shamanic Journeys + Meditations.

At the heart of Fire + Alchemy, is the desire to create an inclusive community.As home to London’s first Sacred Cacao Bar, every month we host free cacao community events. Drop in + join our gatherings to experience the heart-opening magic of ceremonial cacao, meet our practitioners + connect with like-minded individuals, explore our unique offerings. No RSVP needed—just come as you are + be part of our community.

As the home to the only Sacred Cacao bar in London, our mission is to expand awareness of cacao and all of it's heart-opening wisdom. We want to make trying cacao accessible + educate people on Cacao's benefits, origins, how it can be used and the different ways it can taste, in a safe + trusted environment.
This desire has led to us creating monthly community hangouts whereby anyone can pop in, meet the F+A team, many of the practitioners and other members of the F+A community.
Come with yourself or bring friends and little ones.
You can experience complimentary creamy cacao, learn all about it from the team and enjoy an afternoon of cacao and community!
There is no need to book and tickets are free - just drop in!
