About the event

Yin yoga is a form of yoga that uses extended holds in a variety of seated and reclining positions to calm the mind and reach deeper fascia layers.

Three principles underpin Yin Yoga: Choose your edge where you can feel the stretch without straining, and surrender in stillness  (three to five minutes is a good amount of time) It's an easy practice that has significant therapeutic benefits for flexibility, vitality, lifespan, and other areas.

It is believed that the sound waves produced by crystal bowls synchronise brain wave frequencies, promoting profound relaxation and a calm state of mind that may reduce anxiety, handle stress, and support emotional equilibrium.

  • 4:15 PM -- Yin Yoga
  • 5:00 PM -- Sound bath
