In this sacred space, there is no filter of emotion, no judgement of how you look while expressing the depth of your feelings and no sound limitations. You are given the opportunity to take space and cultivate the primal power within you to create change.

In this fire provoking ceremony, you will be guided through embodied breathwork, energy releasing movement and primal noise. 

Throughout the practice we will focus on tapping into places within the physical and energetic body where trapped emotion is held, supporting you to release. Moving into the second half of the ceremony you will come to a place of rest while cocooned in the celestial ambiance of a vibrational soundscape. Alchemy crystal bowls, gongs, medicine drums and other sound instruments will be played, guiding you into a deeper state of connection. 

As the ceremony comes to a close, you will receive a nourishing herbal tea to soothe the soul and to integrate your experience.

Event Information:

• Just bring yourself and any heavy energetic baggage you are ready to let go of. 
• Wear comfy clothes that you are happy to move around and get sweaty in and bring a water bottle. 
• Make sure to take off any watches or jewellery before the ceremony. 
• Entry to the space is at the front of the building and doors will be open 15 minutes before the ceremony is due to start. Please make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the ceremony starts to get yourself settled into the space.

Rachael is an Intuitive Practitioner who works with sensitives, taking an animist approach to wellbeing and spirituality. 

Specialising in the field of Energy and Sound Therapy, Breathwork, Holistic Herbalism and Astrology, Rachael has held sessions at festivals such as Balance, Wilderness, Soul Circus and Lululemon Sweatlife. 

Weaving both ancient and evolved elemental practices together in ceremonial ways, Rachael facilitates the transmutation of heavy energies that tend to hold us back from living to our fullest potential.
