THE MAGIC + ENERGIES OF THE 12 DAYS OF YULE | WORKSHOP | WITH OPTIONAL CEREMONIAL CACAO

 Did you know each day of Yule has their own specific themes? In this festive circle Gemma Petherbridge will guide you through each day. 

She will explain their meaning and how you can work with that energy to bring resolution to the past; before focusing on your dreams and goals for the coming year.

Together you will hear the stories and legends relating to each one and pinpoint how it is uniquely significant to you.

While enjoying your cacao it also naturally opens the heart and helps us receive intuitive guidance so the workshop will end with a visualisation and a chance to receive guidance to help you under how the Yule season’s information is relevant to you. It also allows you to maximise the energy of group intention and manifest the best possible 2024 for yourself.

Once you arrive home you will find a collection of handouts in your inbox that you can complete on the relevant Yule dates, allowing you to carry on the celebration.

Who is this class for? This is a class for those new or interested in expanding their knowledge of these celebrations. You do not have to have any previous experience celebrating the Winter Solstice or Yule or be connected to those traditions to attend.

Drinking Cacao:

If you are new to cacao, this is the perfect circle for you. Gemma will start by giving a brief introduction so you know what to expect.  If you are taking heart medication, antidepressants, have been diagnosed with bipolar or have a heart condition, epilepsy or are pregnant or are breastfeeding, we would suggest avoiding cacao as it has l-theobromine in it, which has a similar affect to caffeine and some medications will react with.  Instead, we would recommend rose tea which is also a heart-opening and non-caffeinated. Both will be available on the day.
