The thing is, grief doesn't just hit us in the form of bereavement. There are many types of losses that don't involve death at all. These include estrangement, financial or worldly losses, illness or injury and relinquishment, that all play a part in dulling the heart’s resonance.

Join us Divine One for an intimate ceremony to clear all dissonant energies and activate the heart space through embodiment, shamanic sound and the ancient medicines of cacao and community.

Master Ceremonialist and Spiritual Teacher Minal Narayani has crafted this special alchemy workshop to guide you into releasing all that is feeling heavy through a nurturing, supportive circle and ceremony.

Somatic release

• A Yoga pranayama (breathwork) and asana (posture) sequence centred around clearing stagnant energetics around Anahatha (the Heart Chakra)
• A guided myofascial release (self)massage

Emotional release

• Sacred Cacao medicine ritual
• A guided Shamanic Sound journey with Crystalline bowls and harp activation

Subconscious release

• Powerful and instant sub-conscious reconfiguration to transcend limiting thought patterns and open you up to love

Integration

• Sharing circle and closing ritual

• Comfortable clothing for a 20 minute yoga asana practice (beginner/ intermediate level)
