About the event

When we embrace self-acceptance, we set the stage for a more empathetic + inclusive society. By being kinder to ourselves, we become more compassionate towards others, helping to break the cycle of judgment + comparison.

About this event:

We will kick things off with invaluable insights into the links between body image, anxiety + depression, shining a light on how social media bombards us with unrealistic standards of beauty, fueling feelings of inadequacy + unworthiness.

In our digital age, platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok are a double-edged sword. While they connect us, they also present curated snapshots of life that often lead to harmful comparisons. We will look at the psychological toll this takes on our mental health and well-being.

Practical Strategies for Self-Acceptance: Our panelists will share actionable, practical ideas to help you foster self-acceptance with intention. Learn how to curate your social media feed to promote positivity, prioritize regular digital detoxes, and build a supportive culture around you.

What to expect: This discussion is more than just a talk; it's a movement towards a healthier, more accepting world.  Expect great discussion, audience participation, a chance to ask lots of questions, and building community over our signature rose tea. Bring your questions, your thoughts, and your open hearts. Let’s come together to redefine what it means to truly accept ourselves.
