About the event

Lydia + Phoebe will be holding space for movement, reflection + relaxation with their monthly workshop at RSA House.

What to expect:

The session will start with a yoga flow allowing you to connect with your body and breath + shake off the stresses of the day.

You'll then be guided through some journaling prompts to help you reflect on where you are right now and what you want for the month ahead.

You'll then be guided through a rejuvenating sound bath to help you seal in these intentions.

Who is this for:

  • This event is beginner-friendly + requires no prior yoga experience.
  • It is open to both members of the RSA + non-members.
  • Please note that this workshop is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant.
