Spring Equinox marks the birth of spring, and symbolises renewal, rebirth and our coming out of hibernation, a rekindling of our inner fires.  

The astrological New Year falls on Spring Equinox, and this potent time has been worked with as a marker of the New Year for centuries by the Ancients, and is still celebrated by many cultures today as the birth of the New Year. 


As cyclical beings that experience the change in seasons as much as the earth does, connecting intentionally to the turn of the seasons and the alignment of the planets is such a powerful way to support and nourish ourselves. This is a really potent time to gather in ceremony to process our journeys so far, and to plant and water our seeds of intention for the year ahead. 


Join Bella for a beautiful & nourishing healing ceremony of metamorphosis & rebirth during this potent portal. 

The journey will begin with a delicious cup of ceremonial cacao infused with rose & blue lotus, to connect the heart and the higher mind with intention. We will then connect to & honour our journeys so far, connecting into our bodies wisdom & our energy centres with intention & presence. This will be followed by some nourishing alchemic embodied movement, and a gentle guided breathwork practice to support the process of your metamorphosis.

You will then be guided into Savasana, where you will given individual energy blessings, and bathed in beautiful Sekhem Reiki Energy & Sacred Sound to support your unfolding and the sewing of your seeds of intention into the quantum field.

Please bring with you an object of your calling to gift to the Earth in the days after the ceremony, and wear comfy clothes that you can move about in.

Please note that cacao contains theobromine which, as a stimulant, can have a similar effect to caffeine. If you are caffeine sensitive, please let us know and we can provide a smaller dose or an alternative drink. We would advise avoid ingesting cacao if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding or you take any heart medication or anti- depressants, as they can react with the cacao. Likewise, if you have had a medical diagnosis of bipolar, psychosis, or schizophrenia, please do not ingest. The safety and comfort of our guests is our top priority and we can always provide an alternative option to cacao at any ceremony.
