From 7pm to 9pm, the main event. 

Prepare to embark on a gentle journey that will engage your mind, body, and soul. 

Our talented facilitators will guide you through various practices including meditation, reiki, drumming, breath-work, and movement (think gentle embodiment). These activities are carefully curated to open your heart, calm your spirit, and foster a sense of connection with like-hearted individuals.
