Emilie will cover the connection between sexuality and spiritual power, questioning shame and stereotypes, creating a pleasure tool kit and how to find peace by learning to know yourself and ask for what you need.

Emilie Lavinia is a sex educator, sexologist and intimacy coach. Her work centres on interrogating how pleasure and shame define us and empowering people with the essential tools to build a more enriching life. She is the UK Sex and Relationships Editor at Cosmopolitan Magazine and works with several charities and organisations as a women’s health and equity advocate. ‎
