Have you lived many lives?

Past Life Regression allows you to travel back in time and experience these lives. Using these techniques people can visulise themselves walking around and interacting as their past selves. By witnessing what happen to our soul in those lives, we can can recieve profound understanding and healings for events happening in this life.

Join trained Past Life Regressionist, Gemma Petherbridge, for an explorative workshop in the cosy, enchanting space that is Fire and Alchemy. After a brief welcome, introduction  and journaling session, Gemma will lead you into a meditative state. From here you will be able to witness up to three past lives. Each time she will guide you through different aspects of that life so you can watch those lessons play out.

Once the regression is over there will be time to discuss your experiences (optional), enjoy a herbal tea and journal. You will also have lots of opportunity to chat with Gemma and explore your experiences.

Who is this class for? 

You do not need any meditation experience to take part as you will be guided throughout.

What should I do to prepare? 

Please come along with your journal and comfy clothes that will keep you warm. Fire + Alchemy will supply yoga mats, cushions, bolsters and blankets to create the perfect, calming environment. 

There will also be herbal tea and water available.

About Gemma:

Spiritual coach and crystal author, Gemma Petherbridge has spent 18 years working in the spiritual development industry, first as a practitioner, then as an events organiser supporting some of the biggest authors in the industry.
