About the event

Join Lydia and Rose to mark Ostara with a yoga, journaling + sound journey. This workshop will be about cultivating some balance, marking the point in the year when day and night become equal length with some gentle yoga, followed by some journaling, closing with a relaxing sound bath, allowing your body to return to a natural equilibrium while creating space for insights and healing.

As the season turns to Spring, flowers, buds and new life are present all around us. We notice more light and more energy, and we reopen for the light half of the year ahead.

In this workshop, we'll:

  • Take a few hours out to stop and recognise where we are in the cycle of nature
  • Work on some balancing and opening postures in our yoga flow
  • Journal our intentions for the season of Spring
  • Seal those intentions with a sound bath

Let the sounds of Spring wash over you in this healing soundscape to elevate and enlighten you. The session will be filled with therapeutic resonance from Chau and Wind Gongs, Koshi chimes, quartz crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, and the Shruti box, creating the space for new ideas to emerge.
