Gemma Petherbridge and the Fire +Alchemy team invite you to heal negative relationships and engage with a higher sense of self esteem.

Each month we will focus on a specific Chakra so we can activate its energy, offer any healing it needs and understand how you can integrate its energies into your life.

Gemma will start with an energy healing and will then offer a group card reading.  

She will share some information on the specific Chakra we will be focusing on that month. This is also a good time for you to journal and explore how the themes of this Chakra might be playing out in your life.

You are then invited to relax as Gemma leads you into a deep meditation, using techniques like Yoga Nidra to allow you to become as relaxed as possible so the healing can be more profound.

After a full Chakra Balance,  we connect to that month’s Chakra. This is a chance for you to experience a Chakra activation, with a Light Language transmission, that is supported by your angelic team and enhanced with Reiki and Crystal Energy.

Some months we will connect to the higher aspect of a known Chakra, other months we will explore the lesser known Chakras and support them in integrating fully into our energy body.

Through this kind of work you can raise your vibrations, helping you live a more joyous life of abundance and good health. You will be able to explore all aspects of healing work, from Karmic and Past Life healing, to Ancestral Trauma, Heart Opening Work and Shadow Work. With this kind of connection you can receive guidance and learn how that chakra can support you in everyday life.

You will also have a chance to ask any questions you might have and share your experiences.

FAQs

What should I do to prepare? 

Please create a space for yourself where you won’t be disturbed and can lie down throughout the meditation. Ideally that space is not in the bedroom. It is a good idea to turn the lights down, display your favourite crystals and find a blanket and eye mask (optional). Please also bring along your journal, pen and a bottle of water or herbal tea.

Can I sit while meditating? 

Laying down is best but you can definitely do this class in a seated position as well.
