Past Life Regression allows you to travel back and witness previous lives your soul has experienced. 

In regression people can visualise themselves walking around + interacting as their past selves. They can ask that previous life for guidance on a current situation + understand how that life experience might offer clues that could be useful today.

What to expect:

Join trained Past Life Regressionist, Gemma Petherbridge, for this explorative workshop.  You will be welcomed + introduced to Past Life Regression, before Gemma guides you using journaling prompts to help  clarify what you want to get from the session.

Gemma will then lead you into a meditative state, then into the regression so you can start your journey through the different lives. Each time she will guide you, you can watch the lessons of that life play out.
