Event Schedule:

Welcome and Introduction - A safe space to be ourselves 

• Introduction to the Full Moon in Aquarius and its astrological significance.
• Overview of the evening’s activities and what participants can expect.

Sound Healing Session 

• Led by Erika, using the seven crystal bowls to create a resonant soundscape to balance your chakras, clear away energy that no longer serves you and open your third eye. 
• Participants will lie down or sit comfortably, allowing the healing vibrations to wash over them. Expect visualisations, colours and perhaps tingles. 

Guided Meditation

• A guided meditation focusing on the themes of Aquarius: innovation, independence, and vision.
• Participants will be led through a manifesting visualisation to release old patterns and welcome new possibilities. 

Areas of Focus for the Period Ahead

• Participants will be given journal prompts and time to write down their intentions and goals for the upcoming months. 
• Sharing circle (optional) where participants can share their intentions if they feel comfortable.

Tarot Card Reading

• Group tarot reading focusing on the energies and messages for the collective.
• Individual mini-readings or drawing a single card for personal insight.

Closing Circle

• Brief closing meditation to seal the intentions.
• Final thoughts and sharing of experiences.
• Thank you and farewell.

About Erika:

Through everything life has thrown at Erika, one thing has stayed the same and that is her passion to help others. 

During a random near-death experience in Africa, Erika was saved by her spirit guide, which changed her path forever. “We all have angels and guardians protecting and sending us messages, and we all have the gift to listen and connect to them. The world is far more magic than we are told to believe” - Since then, Erika provides the tools for women to tap into their powers and create the life they deserve.

Studying spirituality and with a certificate as a Master Psychic through Sensei Roy Kyoshi-Goya, has enabled her to strengthen her gifts and channel energy, spirit guides and angels through various spiritual practices. Energy is felt and important self-affirming messages are passed through.

• We encourage people to take photos in our workshops. We also take photos for marketing and social media purposes so please ensure you are happy with this before purchasing a ticket.
• Please kindly arrive 10 minutes early.  Unfortunately, we are unable to admit those who arrive after the appointed start time.
• Please purchase mindfully as we do not offer refunds or class credits.  However, if you can no longer attend and wish to gift your ticket to a loved one, we honour name changes on tickets - please just email us with the name of the new attendee in advance of the event.
