Kate will guide you through sacred space and ceremony to let go of trauma or blockages that are holding you back, release and rebalance on a deep cellular level and attune yourself with your higher power and magic. 

This New Moon is a time to create some powerful intentions that will burn bright in the coming months.   Cacao is used as a Shamanic medicine and through opening the heart, it enables us to hear our true self, dissolve any pent up negative energy, and help us align with who we truly are. 

Through the healing frequencies of the gong, drum, chimes, crystal bowls and Kate’s vocals you are able to drop into a lucid space and are taken through a journey of sound. It is a time for you to open up and receive. Emotions can be released, visions can be experienced, messages can come through, and deep peace, bliss and transcendence can be found. Resetting us and clearing space for the magic in our lives to unfold and weave through the coming weeks.

About Kate:

Kate Fleur Young is a musician, Sound Artist and Yoga Teacher and works everyday using Sound as a healing tool to alter states of consciousness and create transformative experiences through frequency.   

She discovered crystal bowls and progressed to train in Sonic Medicine which expanded the magic of sound into every part of her life and work where is has become an integral part of her understanding of healing and expansion, not only for herself but for others.   

Kate creates raw and organic immersions and journeys through the alchemy of the bowls and her voice and electronics. Kate also uses Ritual and Ceremony in her work, guiding us back to a deeper understanding of ourselves, our human experience, our connection to Nature and its cycles, and making the every day sacred.

- Please note that our classes take place in our Alchemy studio downstairs. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer wheelchair access at this time.

- Not recommended for those in the first or third trimester of pregnancy. 

- About cacao: Please note that cacao contains theobromine which, as a stimulant, can have a similar effect to caffeine. If you are caffeine sensitive, please let us know and we can provide a smaller dose or an alternative drink.  We would advise to avoid ingesting cacao if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or you take any heart medication or anti-depressants as they can react with the cacao.
