New Moon’s are new beginnings. They are the most powerful moment in the lunar calendar for renewal and intention setting.  We can lean into the powerful Earth energy of Taurus and let go of trauma or blockages that are holding you back, release and rebalance on a deep cellular level and attune yourself with your higher power and magic moving into the depths of Spring.

Shed what you no longer need and move into a space of lightness and harmony with the cycles of nature. 

Taurus is ruled by Venus. The planet of sensuality, creativity and pleasure. This moon is an invitation to ground into your roots so that you can be abundant in the offerings of the coming months and allow your creative heart to guide you. 

Cacao is used as a Shamanic medicine and through opening the energy of the heart, it enables us to hear our true self, dissolve any pent up negative energy, and help us align with who we truly are. Through the healing frequencies of the crystal bowls, shamanic instruments and Kate’s vocals you are able to drop into a lucid space of theta and alpha brainwave states. It is a time for you to open up and receive. Emotions can be released, visions can be experienced, messages can come through, and deep peace, bliss and transcendence can be found. Resetting us and clearing space for the magic in our lives to unfold and weave through the coming weeks. 

About Kate:

Kate Fleur Young is a musician, Sound Artist and Yoga Teacher and works everyday using Sound as a healing tool to alter states of consciousness and create transformative experiences through frequency.   

She discovered crystal bowls and progressed to train in Sonic Medicine which expanded the magic of sound into every part of her life and work where is has become an integral part of her understanding of healing and expansion, not only for herself but for others.   

Kate creates raw and organic immersions and journeys through the alchemy of the bowls and her voice and electronics. Kate also uses Ritual and Ceremony in her work, guiding us back to a deeper understanding of ourselves, our human experience, our connection to Nature and its cycles, and making the every day sacred. - Please note that our classes take place in our Alchemy studio downstairs. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer wheelchair access at this time.

- Not recommended for those in the first or third trimester of pregnancy, or in the process of conceiving, experience conditions such as tinnitus, sound induced epilepsy, heart conditions, have a pacemaker or have recently had an operation.

- About cacao: Please note that cacao contains theobromine which, as a stimulant, can have a similar effect to caffeine. If you are caffeine sensitive, please let us know and we can provide a smaller dose or an alternative drink. We would advise avoid ingesting cacao if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding or you take any heart medication or anti- depressants, as they can react with the cacao. Likewise, if you have had a medical diagnosis of bipolar, psychosis, or schizophrenia, please do not ingest. The safety and comfort of our guests is our top priority and we can always provide an alternative option to cacao at any ceremony.
