Join Kate Fleur Young for a transcendent journey through Plants, Sound and Ceremony to harness the beautiful energy of Spring.  

This is a potent opportunity to manifest what you are wanting to bring into the world and to make dreams and visions physical. This moment in the year is just past the Spring Equinox and life and growth is abundant around us. 

It is a time to honour the light returning, the cycle of death and rebirth, and regeneration of creativity and transformation within our lives. 

Mugwort has been recorded as a magical plant for centuries and is associated with Spring and the Lunar cycles. It is used for vision quests and deep inner journeying and this event is the perfect chance to connect to this incredible feminine energy. 

Kate will guide you through a ceremony using Mugwort and then the healing frequencies of the Crystal Bowls and ethereal vocals, Shamanic Drum and chimes for a truly magical Sound Healing where you are able to drop into a lucid space. It is a time for you to relax and receive. Emotions and blockages can be released, visions can be experienced, insights can come through, and deep peace, bliss and calm can be found. Resetting us and clearing space for the magic in our lives to unfold and weave through the next cycle in the year.

About Kate:

Kate Fleur Young is a musician, Sound Artist and Yoga Teacher and works everyday using Sound as a healing tool to alter states of consciousness and create transformative experiences through frequency.   

She discovered crystal bowls and progressed to train in Sonic Medicine which expanded the magic of sound into every part of her life and work where is has become an integral part of her understanding of healing and expansion, not only for herself but for others.   

Kate creates raw and organic immersions and journeys through the alchemy of the bowls and her voice and electronics. Kate also uses Ritual and Ceremony in her work, guiding us back to a deeper understanding of ourselves, our human experience, our connection to Nature and its cycles, and making the every day sacred. - Please note that our classes take place in our Alchemy studio downstairs. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer wheelchair access at this time.

- Not recommended for those in the first or third trimester of pregnancy. 

- About cacao: Please note that cacao contains theobromine which, as a stimulant, can have a similar effect to caffeine. If you are caffeine sensitive, please let us know and we can provide a smaller dose or an alternative drink. We would advise avoid ingesting cacao if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding or you take any heart medication or anti- depressants, as they can react with the cacao. Likewise, if you have had a medical diagnosis of bipolar, psychosis, or schizophrenia, please do not ingest. The safety and comfort of our guests is our top priority and we can always provide an alternative option to cacao at any ceremony. If you have any questions at all, please contact the event facilitator or Fire + Alchemy.
