About the event
There are so many ways we can connect with psilocybin, and the wonderful thing about mushrooms is that they do different things at different doses.
Lenna will talk about her own personal experience and her long-standing relationship with psilocybin, how it helped her recover from life-long depression, as well her experiences guiding people through psychedelic journeys.
She will also touch on the importance of preparation and integration and how these two important phases can help you to get the most out of a psychedelic experience.
