Our hearts are the portals or doorways to higher consciousness, to that eternal oneness that we all come from and will return to.  The heart’s magnetic pulse reverberates through every cell of the body, and it also produces a field around your body that can be measured up to 8 to 10 feet away. Our hearts are deeply intuitive, and have a deep sense of knowing and wisdom that we can tap in to consciously.

The more that we connect into the portal of our hearts, the stronger our connection to ourselves and our intuition gets.

Join Bella for a deeply potent and nourishing heart opening journey, where we’ll be tuning in to our hearts consciousness and wisdom, and releasing anything that our hearts are ready to.

We will open the journey with a delicious heart opening cup of ceremonial cacao, followed by a guided healing meditation into the heart space, to receive any wisdom and information from our hearts.

Bella will then guide you through some gentle heart opening embodiment practices, to support any transmutation that may need to happen, and to connect you more deeply to your heart.

You will then be guided into Savasana, where you will be bathed in Reiki + Sekhem energy healing frequencies, followed by a beautiful and expansive sound healing journey to nourish and nurture the portal of your hearts.

Please note that cacao contains theobromine which, as a stimulant, can have a similar effect to caffeine. If you are caffeine sensitive, please let us know and we can provide a smaller dose or an alternative drink.  We would advise avoid ingesting cacao if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding or you take any heart medication or anti-depressants, as they can react with the cacao. Likewise, if you have had a medical diagnosis of bipolar, psychosis, or schizophrenia, please do not ingest. The safety and comfort of our guests is our top priority and we can always provide an alternative option to cacao at any ceremony. If you have any questions at all, please contact the event facilitator or Fire + Alchemy.

I M P O R T A N T:

- Please let us know if you are pregnant and we will give you some rose tea instead + adapt the breathwork for you.

- This ceremony is not advisable if you are pregnant or in the process of conceiving, experience conditions such as tinnitus, sound induced epilepsy, heart conditions, have a pacemaker or have recently had an operation. Please only take part in the event if you are physically able. If you are unsure for any reason please contact your doctor or mental health professional first for advice.

- Please note that our classes take place in our Alchemy studio downstairs. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer wheelchair access at this time.

- Please kindly arrive 10 minutes before the advertised start time. Unfortunately, we will not be able to let anyone into the studio after 7pm.
