Women's circles are age-old gatherings - from women for women. A circle for empowerment and collective growth. A safe space to release the old and welcome new manifestations into your life. Also, this might be the perfect opportunity to dip your toes in the world of spirituality and meet like-minded women in London. 

The Heart Opening Circles are facilitated by Maria who is a transformational coach using spiritual practices as the foundation of her work. As part of the workshop on 25th May, she will guide you to remain present in today’s turbulent world and help you create a future led by your heart’s desires. 

What to expect:

• This circle will involve an ice-breaker (asking for your sun and rising sign)
• You will be offered cacao (to infuse it with beautiful heart-opening affirmations)
• There will be time for journaling, space to share and an oracle card reading at the end to boost your manifestation abilities

Hopefully at the end of the workshop, you would feel more in touch with your intuition and heart’s desires. 

You will get to meet other women who may be going through the same struggles as you or such who have similar dreams. Overall, it is through the power of our collective energy, shared during the Women’s Circle, that we get to experience a surge of creativity and a direction to take an inspired action towards our dreams. 

Please wear comfortable clothing and avoid alcohol intake on the day of the class.

Maria, founder of My Transformation Space, is a certified NLP coach and Women’s Circles facilitator.  Her work features a blend of the spiritual and material world as she is incorporating practices inspired both by the subconscious mind and the power of co-creating with the Universe. • About cacao: Please note that cacao contains theobromine which, as a stimulant, can have a similar effect to caffeine. If you are caffeine sensitive, please let us know and we can provide a smaller dose or an alternative drink. We would advise avoid ingesting cacao if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding or you take any heart medication or anti- depressants, as they can react with the cacao. Likewise, if you have had a medical diagnosis of bipolar, psychosis, or schizophrenia, please do not ingest. The safety and comfort of our guests is our top priority and we can always provide an alternative option to cacao at any ceremony.
