CIRCLE 4: Healing the Inner Child -  6th April 2023

Join Carly Ann for a the fourth circle in our attachment series where you are invited to explore the inner child that is within all of us.

With a core focus and intention on improving the quality of your relationships with yourself + others, we will attempt to connect to the younger parts of us that are holding on to criticism, comparison, and unhelpful coping strategies.

In this circle, Carly Ann will guide you through a process of inner-child healing using a combination of techniques that you can take forward into your day-to-day life.

This is a safe space where your host will safely + compassionately guide you to revisit the past, release what has been holding you back, and unlock the potential for healthier self- esteem and better connections.

You will leave this space with a delicate and compassionate understanding of how to love yourself deeper and enhance the future of your most valued relationships.

About Carly Ann:

Carly Ann is a Somatic Attachment + Trauma Informed Coach. 

Recovering from insecure attachment herself and now supporting other people to have more open, softer, and happier relationships with themselves,  has had a beautiful influence on the important relationships in their lives.

Using attachment and somatic focused methods, Carly Ann focuses her coaching on healing the past,mastering self-soothing skills, and creating the inner world to be able to find and sustain healthy relationships.
