Journey into a realm of inner peace and clarity guided by Tor Njamo, a Norwegian energy healer based in London, whose distinctive blend of breathwork,  editation and hands-on energy healing offers deeply transformative experiences that have helped many in the UK’s busiest metropolis find calm, ease and greater clarity in their lives.

In this workshop, Tor will hold space for you to cleanse and restore your spiritual energies by guiding you through a flow of breathwork, visualisation, crystal, colour, sound and hands-on energy healing designed to open a doorway to inner wisdom and personal growth.

Workshop flow:

• Opening. To open the session, Tor will set the stage for you to go on a journey to cleanse, calm and balance your spiritual energies and connect with your inner guidance.
• Energy Healing Flow. The flow starts with calming breathwork with the intention to balance your spiritual energy centres. The breathwork is followed by a guided meditation which includes visualisations to connect even deeper, release blockages and invoke a sense of inner peace and clarity. As a part of the energy healing flow, Tor will circulate the room giving hands-on energy healing as well as channeling healing sounds for each participant.
• Self-reflection. Tor will ask a series of questions designed to encourage you to experience a profound connection with your Higher Self and will also share ways for you to trust your intuition more deeply. 
• Q&A. To end the session, there will be space for a Q&A during which Tor will connect with a few individuals using his extrasensory abilities to bring forward messages relevant to them and to the rest of the group.
