In this circle we are tapping into inner wisdom and allowing you to come home to your body and your higher self.

This is an opportunity in which you are not bound by the past or the future, instead you are invited to meet yourself fully in the present moment.

Carly Ann will use up-lifting, somatic, and relational techniques to bring you a sense of inner  safety, freedom, and excitement towards enhancing your relationship with self  + others.

Leave this class with a stronger connection to your secure self and a desire to flirt more with life.

About Carly Ann:

Carly Ann is a Somatic Attachment + Trauma Informed Coach. 

Recovering from insecure attachment herself and now supporting other people to have more open, softer, and happier relationships with themselves,  has had a beautiful influence on the important relationships in their lives.

Using attachment and somatic focused methods, Carly Ann focuses her coaching on healing the past,mastering self-soothing skills, and creating the inner world to be able to find and sustain healthy relationships.
