This is a highly energetic class with the main aim to empower your body-energetics mastering skills and connect you to high-dimensional guides. However, equally important is the additional benefit of a powerful workout that will also help your physical body strengthen, burn calories, and detoxify through plenty of sweating!

This is an active class for everyone at ALL levels, not only for athletic people! Part guided routine and part freestyle, it is self-paced, the movements are basic, and will be easy to follow. You will be encouraged to feel the energies on a physical level and move them through your body instinctively, guided by your higher self.✨

PLEASE NOTE:

Please wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes, or feel free to be barefoot as there will be a lot of moving around💃🕺🏻💃🏻🕺.  We encourage you to bring a bottle of water, just as you would to a gym class. 💦
