WHAT TO EXPECT:
We begin with a deep manifestation ritual followed by a Heart Chakra guided meditation to create space for love and healing to flow.
We then move on to our Yin Yoga practice, based on Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, activating Qi (energy) to flow through energetic pathways (meridian lines).
The workshop will conclude with a Sound Bath, sealing the practice and allowing your heart to be filled with love and gratitude.
This is a sacred journey of self-love and connection, and you will leave feeling renewed and revitalized.
