WHAT TO EXPECT:

• We begin with a deep manifestation ritual followed by a Heart Chakra guided meditation to create space for love and healing to flow. 
• We then move on to our Yin Yoga practice, based on Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, activating Qi (energy) to flow through energetic pathways (meridian lines).
• The workshop will conclude with a Sound Bath, sealing the practice and allowing your heart to be filled with love and gratitude. 

This is a sacred journey of self-love and connection, and you will leave feeling renewed and revitalized.

Geneva Loader

Geneva is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Guide teaching Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Hatha. She builds curated solutions around the needs of her students, examining areas of movement, breathwork, meditation, energetic pathways, and insights from Indian and Chinese ancient healing principles.

Dani Thompson

Dani is an expert in the fields of reiki, sound therapy, and crystal healing. She works with vibrations, sound, and the power of crystals in order to help her clients get rid of any stuck energy or obstructions, providing them with a new outlook on life.
