NOTE: 

It's important to note that certain health issues or conditions may exclude individuals from participating in the cacao and shamanic sound bath session. Some of these health issues may include:

• Pregnancy
• Severe mental health conditions
• If you are on any medication for antidepressants or MAOI
• Epilepsy
• Heart conditions
• High blood pressure
• Allergies to specific ingredients used in the cacao drink
• Sensitivity to sound therapy or specific frequencies

It's always best to inform participants to consult with their healthcare provider before attending the session, especially if they have any underlying health concerns or conditions. Participant safety and well being is always a top priority.

About Dean:

Dean (he/him) is a Reiki Master + Yoga Teacher specialising in Usui Reiki, Holy Fire, Hatha + yin yoga. He integrates the healing traditions of Yoga, Reiki, Buddhism, Taoism, + shamanic drumming in his practice.

Important:

• Please note that our classes take place in our Alchemy studio downstairs. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer wheelchair access at this time.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the event is due to start. Unfortunately we are unable to admit those who arrive after the appointed start time.
• Please purchase mindfully as we do not offer refunds or class credits.  However, if you can no longer attend and wish to gift your ticket to a loved one, we honour name changes on tickets - please just email us with the name of the new attendee in advance of the event.
• If you are pregnant or expecting, please be aware that the body and baby have their own sacred union happening. We need to respect this and honour this natural process.
• About cacao: Please note that cacao contains theobromine which, as a stimulant, can have a similar effect to caffeine. If you are caffeine sensitive, please let us know and we can provide a smaller dose or an alternative drink. We would advise avoid ingesting cacao if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding or you take any heart medication or anti- depressants, as they can react with the cacao. Likewise, if you have had a medical diagnosis of bipolar, psychosis, or schizophrenia, please do not ingest. The safety and comfort of our guests is our top priority and we can always provide an alternative option to cacao at any ceremony.
