What to expect:

• Natalie will open the space by sharing the high vibrational medicine of cacao. During this ritual we will connect to our hearts and our intention.

• This will be followed by a fully guided and supported conscious connected breathwork session. This circular breathing technique can help quieten the mind, relax the body and release old or stuck energy/emotions. Breathwork can be very cleansing for the physical and emotional body, and often allows access to more clarity, creativity and personal exploration as we enter into an altered state of consciousness using our breath.
