This 2.5 hour journey tunes into the frequency of the heart, the universe, to bring our dreams and visions into this reality.   

The morning will begin with Blue Lotus Tea to relax and open up to the energy of receiving. The Blue Lotus flower dates back as far as Egyptian times when it was used for spiritual alignment and connecting to the third eye; the light of our intuition and visions.

Natalie will then guide you into a breathwork which will relax the body and quiten the mind; allowing you to access a theta brain wave state where you will be open to more clarity and creativity. With each breath inhale, we will invite in that which we want to create. With each breath exhale we will release anything that stands in the way of the future we wish to create.
