Have you gained a love of self development books? Perhaps you have started thinking ‘there must be more to life’ or maybe your needs and wants have changed and the people around you don’t seem to understand?

Along with a new appreciation of nature or the want to overcome negative beliefs that seem to be holding you back, this is just a few of the reasons we can find ourselves wanting to explore self-development and spiritual concepts further.

Yes - some people might have had an interest in this from a young age but for most of us, it starts after a major event, loss or life trauma.

Fire + Alchemy knows those feelings oh so well and for that reason we will be hosting an introductory 45 minute session each month to talk about what it means to tap into your spirituality. 

This talk will acknowledge when a spiritual awakening might happen, and suggest ways forward so participants can feel supported and guided.

Spiritual teacher, Fire + Alchemy team member and Alchemist, Gemma Petherbridge, will host each talk. 

She will then introduce you to Rachel, Fire + Alchemy Founder, who will offer a short introduction on tools that may useful in supporting participants on their journey.

You can then enjoy a hot drink while Gemma and Rachel answer any questions you might have.
