THE F+A SACRED CACAO BAR: LAUNCHED!
The Fire + Alchemy Sacred Cacao Bar (+ Coffee House) is OFFICIALLY the first Sacred Cacao Bar in London.
Not only have we launched beautiful new flavours to purchase over the counter, we're also stocking more Ceremonial-grade Cacao options on the shelves in our store.
We are SO excited to relaunch the Fire + Alchemy Sacred Cacao Bar AND! In a wonderful new collaboration with enhanced ceremonial Cacao brand, 8 Within, we will have new Cacao Elixirs available for the first time!
Our new ceremonial-grade, over-the-counter cacao flavours include a stunning "Dolce" (Sweet) Cacao option, a "Fire" Cacao option (it's a little Spicy), a Blue Lotus ("Intuition" by 8 Within) Cacao, a Minty ("Brilliance" by 8 Within) Cacao + a Dark Cherry ("Happiness" by 8 Within) Cacao, as well as retaining our Signature "Naked" Cacao (which can be fully customised).
We will be hosting monthly cacao community hang out events as well as of course, lots of cacao ceremonies and cacao events. Keep an eye out on this page for more details!
OUR CACAO
Our fair-trade, organic, Criollo-variety cacao is sourced from two wonderful brands: Cacao Love + 8 Within. Both of which we serve over the counter + sell on our shelves.
Ceremonial cacao traces its roots back to ancient Mesoamerican civilisations, where it was revered as a sacred plant medicine and integral part of spiritual rituals + ceremonies. The Mayans + Aztecs, among others civilisations, cultivated cacao trees + used the beans to create a ceremonial beverage known as "xocolātl," meaning "bitter water".
This sacred elixir was believed to embody the divine essence + was used in ceremonies + rituals to honour gods, facilitate communication with the spirit world + celebrate significant life events. Over time, ceremonial cacao spread across cultures and continents, evolving into a symbol of spiritual connection + ancient wisdom.
Today, we know that cacao is a plant medicine that “unlocks” the heart, providing a sense of compassion, love, gratitude + provides clarity + great wisdom. It can greatly assist us with our self discovery + spiritual connection. Find out more about cacao by clicking on the link below.
