KATIE HIND
Katie is a 200hr yoga teacher with years of personal experience using yoga, breath + meditation to find calm in the chaos of the corporate world. She regulates the nervous system with mindful practices for busy urban lives.
Katie completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Bali, where she experienced other transformative practices such as active & passive meditation, pranayama, chanting and ecstatic dance.Â
Her teaching is often themed, incorporating grounding breathwork and meditation into every class. She is also a singer, and loves to bring chanting and her own spiritual music into her teaching.Â
Katie believes yin to be a really nourishing, accessible way into a yoga path for all levels and bodies, and wants to make soulful, mindful practices accessible to anyone who wants to let go of stress and anxiety from their daily life while connecting deeply with the self.Â
Her core purpose is to share tools that have allowed her to transform her life and regulate her nervous system with others, particularly those working in the corporate world.Â
She runs quarterly retreats for founders + marketers, exploring the intersection between business and personal growth, and hopes to make the next generation of leaders more conscious.
