CATHERINE WESTON
Through movement practices and breath work, including yoga, somatic movement, restorative practices, barre and pilates inspired strengthening sessions, Catherine helps to support those going through hormonal changes like peri menopause and menopause as well as those suffering from polycystic ovarian syndrome and endometriosis.
She has written an Injury Management and Prevention training for teachers of all movement styles and offers similar to non teachers for better understanding of our own bodies, acknowledging why we are sometimes limited in range of motion and how we can adapt movements for greater benefit both physically and mentally.
Catherine has studied with some really knowledgable, respected teachers in their field and
hosts retreats in the UK and overseas. She teaches many workshops and has taught yoga to premier league footballers.
Catherine’s sessions aim to offer an adaptable, explorative and an enjoyable sensory experience, whilst her welcoming approach ensures that everyone feels included. Her classes are open to all people with all levels of experience.
