Carly's practice is deeply rooted in her own lived experience of healing, transformation, and embodiment. Each modality she offers is delivered with depth, integrity, and a profound understanding of its unique medicine.

Her journey began with a deep curiosity about the body—its mechanics, its nervous system, and its wisdom—which organically led her into the world of somatic healing, energetic modalities, and the tantric/yogic lineages. These teachings have become the foundation of her work, guiding how she holds space and support others on their own paths.

Carly is passionate about facilitating healing and personal growth, offering 1:1 sessions, online containers, group work, and immersive retreat experiences. She holds fortnightly sister circles to create safe, connected spaces for women to explore unity, expression, and healing.

In addition, she support individuals—especially those in business—to align their nervous systems with success and abundance. Through this work, she helps clients understand and activate the powerful connection between energetic alignment and real-world results, including enhanced magnetism, relationships, and growth.
