About the event

Breathwork is taking the world by storm…and for good reason! You may have already had some exposure through Pranayama or Wim Hof, or it might be completely new. But what mostly stands out, no matter which form of breathwork you’ve tried, is its benefits!

Breathwork is a fantastic way to broaden the experiential spectrum and feel into our authentic selves!

The breath has a unique quality to set anything that might be stuck in motion, it doesn’t care about the narratives we so often hold onto. It will figure out for itself where it needs to go and will process anything you are ready to let go off.

Each month, this session has a different focus. Previous topics have included "Safety + Boundaries", "Self-worth" and "Play is serious business".

In this session we'll explore polarities. There currently is a lot of polarity in the world, not only externally, but also internally.

We're encouraged to make a split between the head and the body, the "good" and the "bad", and show the parts of ourselves that are welcome by our environment and supress the parts that aren't.

(Un)fortunately, that's not how we operate as humans, so therefore in this session we will try to bring it all together, doing so in a safe environment.

What to expect:

  • We’ll open up the space and go through several exercises to make sure everyone feels connected to themselves and the others in the space.
  • Then we'll be going on a breathwork journey using the conscious connected breath.
  • All guided by deep and powerful music as you lie down and drift away.
  • Afterwards we’ll take our time to deeply integrate, ending this adventurous journey together.
  • An evening full of music, movement and deep connection.

Looking forward to breathing with you all!
