With sacred plant and herb essences, vibrational medicine and a channelled journey to the Lost Lands, we’ll enter the subliminal realms of your soul’s blueprint to retrieve your full sense of self.

Please note:

• Wear comfortable clothing in which you can move freely
• Bring with you writing materials
• You’ll need to bring with you a herb you connect with most (rosemary, thyme, lavender) and a flower that resonates most with you. This can be foraged from a sacred space where you visit often or your own garden or from a plant pot on your window sill/ balcony.
