Tor is multidisciplinary spiritual practitioner who draws upon holistic practices: coaching, psychology, visual meditation, breathwork, psychism and tarot, as well as color, crystal and sound energy healing.
BIOGRAPHY
Tor works at the intersection between the human and the spiritual to guide people towards greater awareness, confidence, embodied spirituality and healing.
He curates spaces for people to reflect, heal and connect more deeply with themselves and their intuition and learn how to lead their lives from a sense of stillness.
With six years of teaching group classes and workshops, he has had the privilege of bringing intuitive and restorative healing to diverse spaces in London.
