- We will begin with a guided grounding meditation and breath work, activating the voice.

- This will be followed by a heart opening cacao ceremony.

- We will then connect and ground into our bodies and authentic selves with embodied movement, working through our energy bodies, shedding anything no longer serving us and coming back into alignment, back to centre.

- Sealing in all of this goodness with a beautiful sacred sound, reiki & sekhem healing journey to finish.

- You will leave feeling lighter, more grounded and embodied and connected to your authentic self.  ⁣

⁣⁣⁣ W H A T  T O  P R E P A R E :

༓⁣⁣⁣⁣ Some comfy clothes that you can move about in, and lay down and receive in 💜

༓⁣⁣⁣⁣ We will provide mats, blankets, bolsters etc but if you get particularly cold bring something to wrap up in, fluffy socks etc as we want you to be as comfortable as possible!

༓⁣⁣⁣⁣ A Journal - in case you feel called to write anything down that comes through - but not essential

༓⁣⁣⁣⁣ Try not to drink caffeine or alcohol before or after the ceremony

Bella is the founder of The Temple of I - a safe space for you to come home to yourself, to release and shift anything that you no longer need, to call in and embody your light, and to step into your sovereignty.
