The Full Moon is a perfect point to invite endings, and welcome a cycle centred in releasing old patterns, beliefs and behaviours that no longer serve.  

Each month I channel a theme in keeping with the energy flowing through the planetary alignments around the Full Moon. With the theme providing a key to change that is universally supported by the particular placement of the planets throughout the lunar phase.

Through Guided Meditation and breath-work the life area connected with the theme is explored to activate transformation and let go connections with elements that no longer serve you.

These Activation Meditations are a monthly offering to explore and let go habits that hold you back, and create space to make self-supporting choices.
