Join Kate for a Ceremony of Cacao and Sound for the Full Moon in Scorpio. 

We can lean into the powerful water energies of this lunar cycle to find balance and release through a lovingly crafted evening of drinking the plant medicine cacao, introspection, intention and sound. 

The energy of Scorpio invites us to go deep into the depths of self and find transformation. This is the perfect time to gather under the Full Moon and find some stillness and spaciousness to listen to what we may need or what may be coming through for us to bring into our inner or outer world. 

Cacao is used as a Shamanic medicine and through opening the energy of the heart, it enables us to hear our true self, dissolve any pent up negative energy, and help us align with who we truly are. Through the healing frequencies of the crystal bowls, shamanic instruments and Kate’s vocals you are able to drop into a lucid space of theta and alpha brainwave states. It is a time for you to open up and receive. 

Emotions can be released, visions can be experienced, messages can come through, and deep peace, bliss and transcendence can be found. Resetting us and clearing space for the magic in our lives to unfold and weave through the coming weeks and the next Lunar cycle.

About Kate:

Kate Fleur Young is a musician, Sound Artist and Yoga Teacher and works everyday using Sound as a healing tool to alter states of consciousness and create transformative experiences through frequency.   

She discovered crystal bowls and progressed to train in Sonic Medicine which expanded the magic of sound into every part of her life and work where is has become an integral part of her understanding of healing and expansion, not only for herself but for others.   

Kate creates raw and organic immersions and journeys through the alchemy of the bowls and her voice and electronics. Kate also uses Ritual and Ceremony in her work, guiding us back to a deeper understanding of ourselves, our human experience, our connection to Nature and its cycles, and making the every day sacred. - Please note that our classes take place in our Alchemy studio downstairs. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer wheelchair access at this time.

- This ceremony is not advisable if you are pregnant or in the process of conceiving, experience conditions such as tinnitus, sound induced epilepsy, heart conditions, have a pacemaker or have recently had an operation.

- About cacao: Please note that cacao contains theobromine which, as a stimulant, can have a similar effect to caffeine. If you are caffeine sensitive, please let us know and we can provide a smaller dose or an alternative drink. We would advise avoid ingesting cacao if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding or you take any heart medication or anti- depressants, as they can react with the cacao. Likewise, if you have had a medical diagnosis of bipolar, psychosis, or schizophrenia, please do not ingest. The safety and comfort of our guests is our top priority and we can always provide an alternative option to cacao at any ceremony. If you have any questions at all, please contact the event facilitator or Fire + Alchemy.

- Please purchase mindfully as we do not offer refunds or class credits.  However, if you can no longer attend and wish to gift your ticket to a loved one, we honour name changes on tickets - please just email us with the name of the new attendee in advance of the event.
