Drawing on influences from menswork, this workshop is for all genders. 

We will be exploring the embodied masculine and reflecting on our relationship to this archetype.

We will be drawing from breathwork, voice activation, embodiment practices and relational magnetics to create a potent environment to let go of blockages and invite in new energy.

This workshop will be facilitated by Peter, a highly experienced Sacred Sons leader and menswork coach; and Loy, a qualified therapist. Together they have delivered workshops on the shadow and sacred elements.

This is a safe space for all genders and sexualities to express freely.

About Peter:

Peter Eugène Bennett is a Sacred Sons Leader, Menswork Coach and Youth Mentor. He works with both individuals and teams helping them to develop the energy, mindset and habits necessary to fulfil their potential.

About Loy:

Christopher Loy Webster is a multimedia artist and therapist who has worked with hundreds of clients of all ages and backgrounds. Combining psychotherapeutic understanding with contemporary art practice, Loy supports individuals, groups, and businesses to reach higher levels of creativity and flow.
