Sarah is a yoga practitioner who discovered the practice several years ago travelling through Southern India. Yoga & Meditation have been instrumental for her finding the balance of challenge and ease, over the last 8 years of fast-paced, high-growth start up life.

Sarah believes that just a short daily-ish practice, even if all you have is 5 minutes, has the power to transform the way we live and work. More flow-state, less low-state. Her passion is to empower you with the tools to do this.


Sarah’s style is fluid, expansive, playful and grounding, with breath at the centre of it all. Strength combined with softness, feel into it all, and power ourselves through nervous system soothing movement. Everyone is welcome in her class, come as you are.
