About Hematoid Quartz
The presence of hematite gives these crystals their colour and although most Hematoid Quartz have red inclusions, they also have pale yellow to rustic red. The red variety of Hematoid Quartz is known as Fire Quartz. The yellow and brown varieties of Hematoid Quartz are known as Golden Healer Quartz.

You may return new and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods only. Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best). We would advise that you get proof of postage just in case your parcel goes astray.
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 5 working days upon receipt of cleared payment from Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. Bank holidays and industrial action may cause a delay to receiving your goods. If for any reason there is any delay we will inform you as soon as we possibly can.
Packages are dispatched within the UK via DPD. Postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.
