Amethyst has a natural calming effect; it relieves stress, soothes irritability and helps achieve a balanced mindset. Amethyst is also considered a powerful protection stone that can guard against psychic attacks. Amethyst is also instrumental in balancing overindulgence and overcoming addictions.

Agate is the stone of calmness and brings harmony to an environment. Strongly connected to the Throat Chakra it stimulates self-expression and confident communication. Agate assists in lifting fatigue and lethargy.  The vibrations of Agate is said to guide you back to your energetic self.

This sphere associates with the element of Air, and planets Jupiter and Saturn.

About spheres

Shapes are said to affect how recipients receive energy rather than the actual energy itself.

Spheres are great for enhancing meditation and are also a poignant reminder of connection, to both self and everything around us - oneness, wholeness, completeness, and karma.

Historically the sphere, or crystal ball, is associated with scrying or “crystal gazing”.
