Chromotherapy, or colour therapy is based on the idea that colours and coloured lights can influence our body, mind and emotions and therefore can help with mental health + physical health.

As an energy and emotional healer, Mara uses the energy of colours to help participants understand their energy and what emotions are stuck in their energy field + physical body so they can be released.

Colour charts are an available tool that colour therapists often use, which explains a person's own personal colours + their personal strengths or weaknesses.

What to expect:

In this workshop, Mara will be guiding you to connect to your body and your intuition.

In order to be able to create what you desire, to feel differently than you feel right now, to manifest something, you need to understand what is blocking you and this is often something we are not aware of, or maybe we are but don’t trust our intuition or don’t feel ready to look at it.

Mara will guide you to first connect to yourself and your current energies related to the topic you choose to bring. With the use of colours, she will then help you release anything that is blocking you and help you to connect to the feeling, physical part of your body and colour that is good for you to manifest what you want, or simply to release something you know needs to be released.

We will be doing meditations and other exercises, oracle cards, crystals etc. Mara's way of working is intuitive and guided by the energy of the group, so the experience is entirely tailored to the participants.  To bring a little fun into her sessions, and what could be more fun than colour, so if you feel called to, dress for it in the colours that resonate with you.

Bring a pen and paper as you might want to write down what’s coming up for you.
