Welcome to The Intimate Contemplation.

In this ritualised space that we will create, you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and relational exploration. Through guided practices of eyegazing, conscious breathwork, and conscious touch, if desired, you are invited to deepen your presence to awaken your senses and forge meaningful connections with yourself and others.

This experience offers a space to tap into the latent yet transformative power of slowing-down, soft intimacy, inviting you to investigate the subtle nuances of touch, breath, and energetic exchange in a supportive environment.

Whether you're seeking to deepen your connection with yourself, cultivate more intimacy within, or simply explore the beauty of human connection, "The Intimate Contemplation" holds space for you to journey inward and expand outward in the embrace of shared presence.

We will be unfolding our humanness through:

- Arrival into the Body through Somatic Practices: breathwork and guided movement

- Layers of Contemplation: from Eye-gazing to Soul Gazing

- Consent and Boundary practices: Energetic to Touch

-  Sensuality of Intimacy: Practices melding the sweetness of breath and soothing touch 

- Landing back together: Grounding together and reflections

ABOUT KALI:

Kali is a wild child who believes in the celebration of the body and bringing desires to life.

Leaving the world of optometry, her path led her to trainings in India and Spain to share multi-styled yoga practices (Kundalini-Hatha/Hot Vinyasa). Her interest in the body brought Reiki and Somatic Attachment Therapy as modalities she offers. 

Becoming a woman’s circle facilitator by the Sistership Circle, her passion to create spaces of permission and vulnerability as a shared value grew. 

Having graduated from the Sensual Arts School as a Sensual Arts Facilitator, she has immersed herself to be of service in curating journeys that blend connection to spirit and sensuality. 

IMPORTANT:

- This is an experience open to all genders.  

- Embrace Non-Goal-Orientedness: be open to the journey that Kali will guide you as we go through it together and leave expectations at the door. 

- Being familiar with the practice of consent to respect each other's boundaries is crucial in this space. (If you are new, we will cover that also.) 

- Dresscode: Dress SENSUALLY (all forms of sensuality are welcomed). No nudity is allowed at this event.

- Please let us know if you are pregnant in advance  so we can make this event as comfortable as possible for you.

- Please note that our classes take place in our Alchemy studio downstairs. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer wheelchair access at this time.

- Please kindly arrive 10 minutes before the start time.
