St Paul’s Cathedral - St Bride’s Church - Old Bailey - Postman’s Park -  London Wall - Guildhall - Bank of England

This 2-2.5 hour walking tour starts at the entrance to St Paul’s Underground Station. Straight away you will dive into the myths and legends of King Arthur and Merlin and learn about the Goddess who was once honoured there.

As we walk through the city together, your guide and author Gemma Petherbridge will help you journey through different timelines, walking the ley lines and seeing how their presence shaped the city's structure.

We will explore the ancient history and myths of London’s origins - the stone circles and ancient Wells as well as embracing its connection to the Goddess Brigit and Lady Justice.

This is a place of contrast, an area of Plague Pits and Great Fires to modern backdrops made famous on the big screen. A city that has taken people to court for citing ghostly hauntings and accused a Lady of Witchcraft as recently as the 1940s. 

Whether you are a local or visiting London for the first time, this tour will offer you a unique insight into the city's past, as well as its present and future.

Together there will be approximately 15 stops, many with areas where you can sit and rest while Gemma shares new information.

Where Does the Tour Start:

How long is the Tour?

The tour is 2-2.5 hours in length. Along the route there will be areas to sit while Gemma talks but please make sure you have gone to the toilet and have everything you need with you as we cannot make extra stops.

Accessibility? 

This is a walking tour, often on flat land but in some areas, accessibility will be uneven and will include steps. Therefore you need to be able to walk for at least an hour with ease.

What do I need to bring with me?

The tour will go ahead in all weathers, therefore please make sure you arrive in comfortable shoes, with a bottle of water and clothes that match the weather.
