Each event can be attended in isolation as well as all three being attended - each week of the series has a different theme.
In the first of the series, Ursula and Anna will focus on the solar plexus for confidence and personal power. Flow with the creative process of playful energy through sacral chakra and grounding methods to heal the root chakra.
