SERIES | CRYSTAL HEALING, MEDITATION + MINDFUL ART TO MANIFEST YOUR DREAMS! | WEEK 1 FOCUS: LOWER CHAKRAS

Each event can be attended in isolation as well as all three being attended - each week of the series has a different theme.

In the first of the series, Ursula and Anna will focus on the solar plexus for confidence and personal power. Flow with the creative process of playful energy through sacral chakra and grounding methods to heal the root chakra.

THIS WEEK (WEEK 1): THE LOWER CHAKRAS 

Friday 21st April, 6.30-8.30pm

WEEK 2: THE HEART CHAKRA  

Friday 28th April, 6.30-8.30pm

The heart chakra - your home.  In the second series the focus will be on the heart chakra to help open the channels of the heart, which allow you to receive and give love.  Associates with love, self love, compassion; giving + receiving love; gratitude, peace + forgiveness.   When the heart chakra is in healthy alignment you will feel surrounded by love, compassion, peace and joy!

WEEK 3: THE HIGHER CHAKRAS  

Friday 12th May, 6.30-8.30pm

Raise your vibration and manifest your dreams!  In the third series you will learn how to unlock the powers of your higher chakras through meditation and third eye activation. Communicate through your throat chakra, open your third eye and tune into your higher self through the crown chakra. Associates with intuition, wisdom + perception; communication + clarity.  Connect to your true spiritual path and innate power!   

WHAT TO BRING:  

- Wear soft, comfortable clothing 

- Drinking water 

- Small journal or paper and a pen 

- Eye mask for meditation if preferred

About our Alchemists:

Anna is a certified crystal healer/teacher, Usui Reiki Master + an intuitive artist. She combines Reiki with crystal healing + Tibetan singing bowls to activate + harmonise the physical body and the energy system. Click here to see Anna's full biography. 

Ursula is a passionate a certified crystal healer, pro crystal reader, clairvoyant + intuitive mix-media painter who works with crystals.
